License

The founding offer provides one local LaunchGuard v0.5.1 license for the buyer’s own authorized funnel-preflight work on supported Windows and macOS systems. Redistribution, resale or sharing of the product package is not included.

Authorization

The buyer is responsible for owning or obtaining explicit permission for every target and external origin they test. LaunchGuard’s workflow does not grant permission to inspect a third-party property.

Product boundary

LaunchGuard provides deterministic checks, evidence, repair guidance and manual-review records. It does not certify an entire funnel, complete a transaction, bypass access controls, guarantee platform approval, conversion or revenue, or replace professional legal, security or financial review.

System and provider dependencies

First launch may require internet access to prepare the private runtime. Optional AI explanations depend on the provider and API key selected by the buyer. Third-party page behavior can change after a report is created.
