First-run sequence
- Extract the entire LaunchGuard delivery folder before opening it.
- Use the launcher for Windows or macOS.
- Load the safe sample and finish the guided route check.
- Create a manifest only for a funnel you own or are allowed to inspect.
- Keep payment, protected OTO, receipt and delivery checks inside Human Verification.
Windows without Node.js
The Windows launcher can download a private portable runtime from nodejs.org. No administrator permission is required, but the first launch needs internet access.
Before contacting support
Record the operating system, the exact launcher message and whether the folder was fully extracted. Remove passwords, API keys, buyer data and sensitive funnel content from any screenshot.

Response boundary
Support covers product access, installation, documented workflow and reproducible LaunchGuard errors. It does not include editing a buyer’s funnel, completing a transaction or inspecting a target without authorization.
