What the product stores

LaunchGuard stores run history, manifests, evidence and report artifacts on the buyer’s computer. The buyer controls those files and can remove local report history from the app.

Optional AI explanations

The deterministic finding and Action Plan work without AI. If the buyer explicitly requests an AI explanation, the selected explanation payload and their API key are sent directly to the provider they configure. API keys are not part of exported reports. The app asks before a key is saved locally.

Sales Page analytics

The release records only allowlisted interaction names, page variant, CTA position, coarse device bucket, referrer host and a SHA-256 hash of a random session-scoped identifier. Events are retained for no more than 90 days. Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control disables this non-essential collection. It does not record entered funnel URLs, query strings, API keys, emails, checkout details, report content or free-form text.

What LaunchGuard does not do

It does not submit payments, bypass login or CAPTCHA, inspect unauthorized private systems, or silently upload funnel reports.
